Sessions is a rock band with a punk edge, based in Burlington, Ontario, and formed in 2020. The lineup features John Fielding (Guitar/Vocals), Brandon Pascoa (Guitar/Vocals), Ricky Babiarz (Drums), and Matt Babiarz (Bass). Known for their emotionally charged lyrics, gritty guitar work, anthemic hooks, and high-energy live performances, Sessions made their mark with their debut album, Vol 1, which introduced their raw, honest sound and helped build a loyal fanbase. The band is currently writing new material for their second album, continuing to evolve while staying true to their roots.
