New Single
"Steady Light"

Amos the Transparent  - based in Ottawa, Ontario - have quietly built one of Canada’s strongest indie-rock reputations — and they’re far from the “local act you might try.” With a decade of releases and thousands of miles of touring under their belt, this is a band whose sound has been proven time and again, winning over audiences, industry, and peers alike.

Steady Light comes out this Friday, November 28, 2025.  The song leans into warm 90’s nostalgia, pairing atmospheric warm guitars and understated percussion with the band’s signature harmonies. The result is a track that feels both immediate and timeless—equal parts vulnerability, grit, and the soft glow of unresolved hope. This song is about the space between falling apart and being held together by someone else’s steadiness.

Their  career  has placed them on stages with some of the most respected names in modern music, including Mumford & Sons , The War on Drugs, Patrick Watson, The Dears, Stars , Mother Mother, City and Colour, Sloan , Jeff Beck, and so many more. In 2024, Amos the Transparentjoined TALK  as the supporting act on his national tour, showcasing the band’s dynamic presence and broad audience appeal.
