The colts are a 4 piece rock band from Oshawa Ontario. The band came together in March of 2010 when

Wade Woodward (Lead Vox / Guitar) , Shawn Mcdonald(Lead Guitar/vocals)  Brendon Ross (Bass) and Bill Cramp (drums) were in search of music with more of an exciting live feel .. Playing Rock n Roll, with a bluesy, country twang was the only way to stay true to their roots and create a great live performance.

Being together just over 2 years, the band has certainly made an impact on the local music scene and have made a hometown name for themselves. Playing alongside other great local bands such as Gentlemen Husbands & Monster Truck, The Colts found their confidence to create exactly what they were looking for... Feel Good Rock.  The track "Countin' 123" was recorded live at Jukasa Studios in Caledonia with The Tone Guru himself Nick Blagona and students of Jukasas recording school.

Their first EP "From City Lights to Country Stars" was never fully released as the band was looking for a little more growth as a group.. The Colts have big plans for the upcoming "Hardwood EP" and should be finished recording by late October/2012. It will host the song "Countin' 123" and other great blue collar tunes.
