The Brothers G are a dynamic quartet hailing from Hafford, Saskatchewan, whose music seamlessly blends the soulful resonance of blues-infused rock 'n' roll with the songwriting sensibility of alternative country. Their “timeless with a twist” sound is derived by Jason Gall's smoky vocals and driving guitar, Jordan Gall's powerhouse drumming, the groovy bass and smooth steel guitar work of Elias Brevik and sonic texturing of Kit Langfield on guitar, keyboards and mandolin. With roots planted firmly in prairie soil, but drawing on diverse influences from the rock, country, and blues paradigms, The Brothers G have crafted a sound that is uniquely their own.

"Pretty Dresses"
Written during a period of deep self-reflection, “Pretty Dresses” grapples with Carmen’s complicated relationship to beauty and belonging. On one hand, the song leans into the desire to be seen - to wear the dress, walk the red carpet, and feel like you’re at the front of the line. But beneath the catchy hooks and retro shimmer lies a deeper question: Who gets to be visible and why?
