Coming off a tour of the Maritimes, The Vegas Project is in the studio once again working on their next EP.
This home-grown band from Toronto has performed at many of the city’s top venues and has opened for big Canadian acts like Platinum Blonde and Teenage Head. The band has shared the stage with up-and-coming local acts like Mary Rose Obsession and Affinity. They’re picking up fans across Canada with their new sound and high-energy stage show. Currently a three-piece, the band consists of Anthony Salvati from Markham (lead vox/primary song writer), Jon MacMull from Thornhill (lead guitar), and Justin Zimmerman from North York (Percussion). The trio has been working together for nearly 6 years and were formerly all members of the band, Tomorrow's Glory. Previous to that, Jon and Justin were in the 6-piece emo band, Emerald City, in the early 2000's where they wrote a number of songs together. Anthony has written dozens of songs, toured California as a solo artist, and is currently planning to visit Nashville to promote his solo work.
